The right message, at the right moment, on its own.

Customer Communication Automation

We build the messages that go out over WhatsApp, email and SMS as one flow: a reminder for the abandoned cart, a notice when the order ships, a follow-up for the dealer still waiting on a quote. For e-commerce sites and companies selling B2B.

WhatsAppMessage on WhatsApp

Calls are handled over WhatsApp.

How the flow runs

These are example flows; the real one is built around your process. Press “Play” and watch where the message goes, step by step — or click any step.

A three-touch flow that brings back the customer who left items behind.

step 1 of 10

Message wording is illustrative; it gets written in your voice, for your product. Waiting times, conditions and channel order are decided together during setup.

WhatsApp automation

Everything runs through the WhatsApp Business API, from a business number rather than a personal one. When a customer writes, the greeting and routing flow answers; when you want to reach out first, you use templates Meta has approved. Order status, shipping notices and appointment reminders all travel as templates.

  • Business number verification and account setup
  • Greeting, menu and hand-off to a live agent
  • Order, shipping and appointment notices via approved templates
  • Flows that respect the 24-hour reply window

Email automation

Not a one-off newsletter but event-driven sequences: a reminder for the abandoned cart, a usage guide after the first order, a win-back for someone who has not ordered in months. Each sequence is measured on its own result, and the step that does not work gets replaced.

  • Abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back sequences
  • Deliverability: SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup
  • Segment-level personalisation and A/B tests
  • Reporting on orders, not on opens

SMS automation

SMS is kept for short, functional messages: delivery day, appointment time, payment reminder, one-time code. It reaches customers who have no app installed. Marketing use requires recorded consent, and we set it up accordingly.

  • Delivery, appointment and payment reminders
  • Registered sender name with the operator
  • Short links and click tracking
  • Budget protection: no repeated or pointless sends

For e-commerce sites

It connects to your store platform, and order, shipping and return events turn into messages. The gain runs both ways: the customer never has to ask “where is my order?”, and support stops answering the same question all day.

  • Order received, being prepared, shipped, delivered
  • Abandoned cart reminders and back-in-stock notices
  • Return and exchange progress announced step by step
  • Review invitations and reorder reminders

For companies selling B2B

In B2B, deals are lost to silence more often than to disinterest. The quote you sent, the sample that was requested and the dealer’s reorder all get a timeline; when it runs out, the reminder reaches both the customer and your rep.

  • Staged follow-up after a quote goes out
  • Periodic reminders for dealer and branch reorders
  • Automatic routing by territory or account owner
  • Two-way CRM sync and de-duplication

Consent, rules and measurement

Commercial electronic messages need consent, and in Türkiye those permissions are held in the national message management system (İYS). A transactional notice such as an order update is not the same as a marketing message; we build the flows around that distinction and process opt-outs automatically.

  • Consent checked before every send
  • Opt-out requests processed immediately
  • Transactional and marketing messages separated in the flow
  • Delivery, read and conversion reporting per channel

Frequently asked

Can I send bulk messages on WhatsApp?

You can, but not from a personal number: it goes through the WhatsApp Business API using templates Meta has approved in advance. Unapproved bulk sending gets the number restricted. We handle the template submission and the approval process.

Will it work with my current e-commerce platform?

It works with any platform that can share order data over an API or webhook. A custom-built panel only needs an endpoint opened. How much work that is depends on the platform, so we look at it before quoting.

How is customer consent managed?

For marketing SMS and email, consent is held centrally and checked before every send, and opt-outs are processed immediately. Transactional notices such as order status fall outside that scope.

How long does setup take?

A simple single-channel flow runs within a few days. WhatsApp template approvals and consent-system registrations depend on Meta and the registry, not on us — we say so up front rather than promising a date we do not control.

How do we see whether the messages work?

Every flow is measured on its own outcome: how many messages were delivered, how many were read, how many turned into an order or a reply. Open rate alone is not the target; the number that counts is messages that became sales.
